Another trick that may help if you still having issues just in case is to export all the audio into a single wav file, then export it back into flash. If the audio is still off try adjusting you fbs to sync the audio. At least you won't have to keep adjusting all the audio files. Be sure to save two different FL versions just in case.

Try settings the sound properties to Event, if not you may have to go back and set it to stream, but also expand the frame the sound is on. May need more layers to do this.
