Try exporting one scene at a time, then composite them in swivel. Other than that, good luck.

That doesn't work for me. I Just found out that the file is okay, it's the scenes that are not working for some strange reason.
I deleted some of the scenes in a backup folder and test movie worked. I don't know what's going on.
